The flavor destinations for 2025 have been set! Regardless if you pick a single destination box or an annual subscription, boxes are shipped and delivered according to the listed schedule.

How it works

You can sign up for 1) an individual box or 2) an annual subscription.

Regardless of what you pick, you are billed immediately when you sign-up.

When you sign up for a box, you will receive only receive that specific destination box. For example, if you sign up in January or February, you'll receive the March quarterly destination box during the designated shipment & delivery period.

If you pre-order a box before the sign-up period, you must still wait until that box's expected shipment date for your order. For example, if sign up in March to receive the September destination box, you will be immediately billed for your September box, but you will not receive your box until the September shipping & delivery period.

When you sign up for an annual subscription, you will receive all four destination boxes, one at a time, during the designated shipment and delivery period.

Please pay attention to the following dates to understand your sign-up, shipment and delivery periods:

Once a box's sign-up period has ended, you will not be able to retro order a box. For example, you can not order a March 2025 box in September 2025.

March Box:

  • Sign up period: January 1- February 25
  • Last day to order for the March box: February 25
  • Shipment period: March 15-March 20
  • Delivery period: March 20-March 30

June Box:

  • Sign up period: April 1- May 25
  • Last day to order for the June box: May 25
  • Shipment period: June 15-June 20
  • Delivery period: June 20-June 30

September Box:

  • Sign up period: July 1- August 25
  • Last day to order for the September box: August 25
  • Shipment period: September 15-September 20
  • Delivery period: September 20-September 30

December Box:

  • Sign up period: October 1- November 25
  • Last day to order for the December box: November 25
  • Shipment period: December 15-December 20
  • Delivery period: December 20-December 30

You may cancel your subscriptions according to:

Pay per box cancellation: You may cancel your order up until the last day in the sign up period:

  • March box: Cancel by February 25
  • June box: Cancel by May 25
  • September box: Cancel by August 25
  • December box: Cancel by November 25

Annual subscription cancellation: You may cancel your annual subscription up until the last day in the upcoming sign up period. Cancelling your annual subscription will cancel all remaining boxes in your subscription. You will receive a refund of the discounted quarterly box rate ($57.75 per box) for the remaining boxes in your subscription.

  • March box: Cancel by February 25 to receive a full refund of $231
  • June box: Cancel by May 25 to receive a $173.25 refund
  • September box: Cancel by August 25 to receive a $115.50 refund
  • December box: Cancel by November 25 to receive a $57.75 refund

Unfortunately, we can not refund shipped destination boxes. We always welcome feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our products and services to keep our customers happy.
